Face-to-face time: Based on distance travelled + hours worked
There is a special price if your service lasts only 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we will charge the hourly rate. Below is the value of the first 15 minutes by type of service.

Yes, and free of charge! Just send us an email 24 hours in advance of your appointment. In the event of an unforeseen event and you need to cancel on the same day, we will charge you the amount due for the first 15 minutes of your appointment or £0.00 upon rescheduling.
